We are a privately owned, AHCA licensed, CHAP accredited, and insured home health agency. We know how important it is to manage every aspect of patient care, from the patient’s needs to the physician’s recommendations. Our range of services includes personal care services in Tampa, Florida, delivered with the same commitment to quality and professionalism.
That’s why every service we provide is supervised by our professionals and administered from the initial consultation to recovery or treatment completion.
As providers of home health care services, it is the policy of BLOOMING GARDENS OF CARE that home health services shall be available and shall be rendered to the total population of Hillsborough, Polk, Hardee, Highland, and Manatee counties, regardless of the recipient’s race, sexual orientation, religion, age, sex, disabilities, ethnic/cultural background, or national origin.
